Mortgage Broker
A mortgage broker is a licensed intermediary who shops multiple lenders on behalf of a borrower to find the best loan terms. Brokers do not lend money directly — they connect borrowers with lenders and earn a commission (paid by the lender, the borrower, or both) when a loan closes. Using a broker can give borrowers access to a wider range of loan products than going directly to a single lender.
